Endless backs Anochrome MBO as coatings specialist exits family ownership

Private equity firm Endless has acquired surface finishing specialist Anochrome Group in a management buyout that ends decades of family ownership.

The deal sees Leeds-headquartered Endless take ownership of the corrosion protection and coatings specialist, which has been trading for more than 80 years and operates six manufacturing facilities across the UK, Poland and the Czech Republic.
