Consultancy delivers £42m affordable housing scheme in Leeds
York-based Identity Consult has helped deliver a £42m affordable housing development in Leeds city centre, transforming a stalled Build to Rent scheme into 207 affordable homes.
The consultancy worked alongside social housing provider Vico Homes on the Saxton Heights development, a 20-storey scheme providing one- to four-bedroom apartments, all available for affordable rent.
