Palatine exits My Pension Expert in deal delivering 5x return
Private equity investor Palatine has exited retirement advice business My Pension Expert after four years of ownership, securing a return of around 5x its original investment.
The Doncaster-headquartered company has been acquired by Valeas Capital Partners in a deal that is expected to complete later this year, subject to approval from the Financial Conduct Authority.
