Radar Healthcare expands patient safety platform with Cemplicity acquisitio

Leeds-based health technology business Radar Healthcare has strengthened its patient engagement offering with the acquisition of patient experience and outcomes specialist Cemplicity.

The deal brings together two complementary healthcare technology providers, extending Radar Healthcare's platform beyond quality, risk and compliance management into patient-reported experience and outcomes.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
