Acquistion expands financial services and software group’s footprint
Stubben Edge International, a Guernsey-incorporated subsidiary of Stubben Edge Group, has confirmed its acquisition of Citadel Insurance Company from UK food manufacturing giant Premier Foods (Holdings).
By acquiring Citadel, Stubben Edge, which acquired Leeds and Sheffield-based integrated marketing agency, Jaywing UK last year, said it has returned to its operational birthplace, transforming a traditional, run-off captive book into a modern, growth-oriented insurer.
