£40m city centre redevelopment to create rail industry hub
A £40m upgrade of an eight-storey office building aims to create a new rail industry hub in central Leeds.
Network Rail’s transformation of Princes Exchange is under way, bringing the 108,576 sq ft building beside Leeds Railway Station back into use.
The project is funded by the Department for Transport and Network Rail and is being delivered by Network Rail and Platform4, working with contractor Willmott Dixon.
