Buyer is found for closed village pub
The Aldwark Arms, a village pub near York, has been sold for an undisclosed sum off a freehold asking price of £450,000.
The pub is currently closed. Its ground floor comprises an extensive trade area which is split into smaller drinking and dining areas, centred around a central bar.
