New manufacturing facility developed at 175-year-old bakery

Jacksons of Yorkshire has completed a multi-million pound investment in its Hull bakery to facilitate the baking of a new range of premium sliced sourdough loaves.

A team from across the 175-year-old business has been working with a sourdough master baker to create the new manufacturing facility to bake its new Signature Sourdough range, which includes a Sliced White Sourdough and Seeded Sourdough bloomer.
