Prominent office space attracts expanding media group

Independent property consultancy, Carter Towler, has secured a new office letting at Goodbard House in Leeds city centre.

Media specialist, Iconic Media Group, has committed to 4,192 sq ft of Grade A office space.

The letting follows Carter Towler's appointment in May 2026 by Rushbond Plc, alongside joint letting agent CBRE, to market the prominent office building on Infirmary Street.
