Hull-headquartered manufacturer of bathroom fixtures and plumbing supplies, Armitage Shanks Ltd, says it has confronted rising competition from firms based in lower cost countries as it releases its latest full results.
Villeroy & Boch Group acquired the prominent British brand in February 2024 as part of its wider takeover of the Ideal Standard Group, which had previously held the brand since the 1990s.
