PE-backed lifting specialist elevates its capabilities with acquisition
Crane management and lifting specialist, RS Industrial Services, has acquired Sheffield-based ACDC Cranes Ltd.
The deal was completed with the backing of further investment from the Foresight Group and marks the first step of significant geographic expansion plans for the RS Industrial Services Group.
ACDC Cranes offers breakdown support, overhead crane repairs and lifting equipment inspections. The acquisition brings its skilled engineering workforce into the wider RSIS group, establishing an operational hub in Sheffield.
