Hotels owner and operator swells portfolio by acquiring seven more properties
Starboard Hotels in a joint venture with LaSalle Investment Management has acquired seven hotels, including the 144-bedroom Novotel Sheffield Centre, from Ares Real Estate Funds and EQ Group for an undisclosed sum.
These properties - comprising a total of 913 bedrooms - will be managed by Starboard under existing Accor franchise agreements. Ares and EQ were represented by JLL and Christie & Co.
