More than 200 homes destined for former agricultural land
Housing provider Vistry has been given the go-ahead to deliver 226 mixed-tenure new homes at its new Kings Brook development in Conisbrough, following full planning approval from Doncaster Council.
Located on Old Road, Conisbrough, Kings Brook will transform former agricultural land into two, three and four-bedroom homes to help meet housing demand across the South Yorkshire area.
