£70m funding package secured to boost affordable homes provision
Housing association Karbon Homes has secured a £70m NatWest funding package to deliver new affordable homes across Yorkshire and the North East.
The package comprises a £20m, 10-year Social Loan, which will fund the delivery of 161 new homes for social rent, alongside an additional £50m revolving credit facility (RCF).
The funding will strengthen Karbon's long-term investment capacity as it continues to deliver new homes and improve the quality and energy efficiency of its existing housing stock.
