Perfect ingredients for growth added to desserts producer
A dessert business has secured a helping hand from Enterprising Barnsley to realise its growth and expansion plans.
Mother and daughter Janine Davies and Charlie Smark launched Dolly’s Desserts in 2019.
Today, the company employs 40 members of staff and operates from three sites within Barnsley, where it produces a range of gelatos, waffles and milkshakes, as well as producing a range of baked goods, which are stocked throughout the UK.
