Property services firm expands into NW in deal with Carlisle’s H&H Land & Estates
North East and North Yorkshire property services firm, My Property Box, has made a landmark expansion into the North West after acquiring the residential sales and lettings arm of Carlisle-based H&H Land & Estates, immediately establishing it as one of Cumbria’s largest estate agencies.
The deal, for an undisclosed sum, gives the fast growing estate agency group a presence in Carlisle, Penrith, Cockermouth, and Kendal, and represents a significant geographical expansion beyond its established heartland.
