Care home operator strengthens regional presence with acquisition
NGA Care has completed the sale of Plenus Care Ltd, which operates The Manor Care Home near Gainsborough and Lindum Court at Owston Ferry, near Doncaster.
The two residential care homes offer a combined registration for 49 elderly residents.
The Manor is a grade II listed former manor house situated on a plot of approximately one acre in the village of Scotter. Lindum Court is on the high street in the village of Owston Ferry and has lapsed planning permission for a single storey extension.
