Redcentric eyes growth as £125m data centre sale clears the decks

Harrogate-based IT managed services provider Redcentric has completed a major reshaping of the business after selling its data centre arm for almost £125m, leaving it with a significantly strengthened balance sheet and a renewed focus on growth.

The AIM-listed group said it was now a “purely focused” managed services provider after completing the £124.9m sale of Redcentric Data Centres (RDC) on 30 April.
