Group’s acquisition brings scanning and sheet metal fabrication in-house

Thirsk-headquartered Twisted Group has confirmed it has completed a majority share acquisition of Coventry-based SAC & Co Engineering Design Ltd.

The integration of SAC & Co with Twisted Group aims to address increasing demand across Twisted’s automotive and marine divisions, adding specialist in-house expertise in 3D geometry scanning, engineering surfacing design, custom tooling and hand-crafted sheet metal fabrication.
