Harrogate Spring Water launches fresh fight in decade-long planning battle
One of the most divisive planning battles in North Yorkshire is heading for another round as Harrogate Spring Water refuses to give up on its long-running expansion plans.
The company has confirmed today (29 September) it will appeal a decision by North Yorkshire Council's Harrogate and Knaresborough planning committee to block the expansion at its Harlow Moor Road site.
In April of this year, the committee rejected the firm's proposals on the grounds that the landscaping was inadequate to make up for the loss of existing trees ...
