Residential care home built on site of demolished workshop

Firecrest Construction has completed the delivery of a residential care facility in Leeds for Active Pathways.

The specialist contractor completed and handed over the 10,000 sq ft two-storey property within a 40-week programme, enabling the opening of the care home.

Fernside House, on Hilltop Road in Armley, is on the site of a former workshop which was previously demolished.
