Land sales proposed to maximise impact of £2bn urban regeneration scheme
Work to deliver new homes, job opportunities and public spaces at the 110-acre York Central regeneration site is set to take another step forward.
At a meeting of City of York Council's Executive next week (6 October) members will consider the sale of parcels of land to York Central Ltd and Network Rail, and whether to endorse the Mayoral Development Zone.
The proposals aim to maximise the potential of York Central and ensure residents and businesses across the city benefit from the regeneration project.
