Administration on the horizon for kitchen and bathroom manufacturer
Gower Furniture, an established Halifax-based manufacturer of kitchens and bathrooms, has posted a notice of intention to appoint an administrator.
The business was founded 46 years ago and its Halifax operation is at Holmfield Industrial Estate. In 2003 it became part of Europe kitchen specialist, the Nobia Group.
Alteri Investors acquired all of Nobia AB's UK operations - which included Gower Furniture alongside sibling kitchen brands Magnet, Commodore, and CIE - in a deal which finalised in March of this year.
