Investment firm swoops for long-established safety specialist
Hull-based Arco, a 140-year-old safety specialist, has confirmed global investment firm H.I.G. Capital has acquired the business.
It said the deal represents a significant investment in its future, providing the capital and strategic support to accelerate growth, expand its capabilities and further strengthen its position across the personal protective equipment (PPE), workplace safety and training markets.
