Consultancy renews city centre presence following five years of growth
Architecture, engineering and building solutions consultancy, DB3 Group, has committed to its city centre headquarters for another five years.
The firm has renewed its lease at 10 South Parade. It has occupied the fourth floor of the building, managed by Wilton Developments, since relocating to Leeds in 2021.
Previously based in Monk Fryston, the move marked a significant step in the consultancy's growth, forming part of a wider strategy to position the business in major cities across the UK.
