Strong demand for space at Euroway
THE Euroway Trading Estate, on the outskirts of Bradford, is set to be expanded by up to 3m sq ft to meet demand from prospective tenants.
The industrial estate, close to the M606 motorway, boasts tenants including B&Q and Royal Mail.
Multigraphics is the latest tenant to take space at Euroway. The company has agreed a seven year lease and taken 22,841 sq ft of warehouse space opposite its existing premises on the estate.
The Bradford office of commercial property agent, Eddisons, acted on behalf of developer Towngate on the letting.
Jonathan O'Conner, a surveyor in Eddisons' Bradford office, said: “The Euroway Trading Estate has excellent facilities and great access, and, has long been the jewel in Bradford's industrial offering. As such, its on-going success has never come as any surprise and I'm certain the same will be said for the additional space once complete and ready to market.”
In addition to Multigraphics, Eddisons recently completed deals on the Euroway Estate that saw Prestigious Textiles let 11,320 sq ft and Budget Greeting Cards buy the freehold for an 84,900 sq ft warehouse.
