Board changes at Billington and Severfield-Rowen
STRUCTURAL steelwork firm Severfield-Rowen has appointed Chris Holt to the company’s board.
Mr Holt will join as a non-executive director at the firm from the start of November.
He is a former deputy chairman and group finance director at Foster Wheeler Corporation and more recently, chief executive and finance director of MJ Gleeson.
Meanwhile Billington group finance director Peter Hart is to step down earlier than expected.
Mr Hart had already indicated his intention to retire at the start of December but that has been brought forward to the end of October for personal reasons.
He will be replaced by Trevor Taylor who is currently financial director of Peter Marshall Steel Stairs, a Billington subsidiary.
