Property professionals have the X factor

MEMBERS of Yorkshire's property community have raised more than £65,000 at a charity event.
The Crypt Factor – a property version of the hit ITV show the X Factor – was held at Elland road to raise money for Leeds-based homeless charity St Georges Crypt and RIC's charity Lionheart.
The event – sponsored by Addleshaw Goddard, Bank of Ireland, King Sturge, Town Centre Securities & Ripe Design, was compered by Lee Hayes of Bank of Ireland.
Taking the place of X Factor judges Simon Cowell, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh were Jonathan Morgan from Morgans City Living, Paula Dillon from Addleshaws, and Richard Lewis from TCS.
The evening's winner was Tom Cullen from Colliers who belted out Brown Eyed Girl to an audience of more than 550 professionals.
The Crypt Factor – now in its second year – smashed its fundraising total from the previous year which stood at £17,500.
