Scotfield in HQ move

PROPERTY developer Scotfield has relocated its headquarters to its flagship city centre mixed-use scheme, The Gateway.
Martin Rapley, Scotfield’s chairman, said: “I am incredibly proud of The Gateway development and all it has achieved. The on-site amenities such as the gym, Aroma Leeds coffee shop and newest tenant Hirst and Miller Hair Studio means there’s a real buzz and sense of community within the development that will surely go from strength to strength with the imminent opening of the bar/ restaurant.”
Development director at Scotfield, Stephen Holman, added: “Obviously we all have a real affinity for The Gateway after working so intrinsically on its development and watching its progress over the last few years. It’s really fulfilling to be able to enjoy it from the inside and really become part of the fabric of the scheme by relocating our head offices here.”
Joint agents on the scheme, which also includes 256 apartments, are King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Shepherd Construction is presently on-site working on the second phase of the scheme, which will include Gateway East and Gateway South, and will boast 25,000 sq ft of prime office space and a further 298 luxury apartments.
