Chadwick Lawrence promotes quartet

LAW firm Chadwick Lawrence has promoted four fee earners to associate.

Tim Welton, Tom Rodgers, Jacqui Vance and Carol Simpson have all progressed through the company to take on a more senior role.

Mr Welton joined Yorkshire-based Chadwick Lawrence as a paralegal in the criminal department. Now in the role of Associate, he works works in the dispute resolution department as the team leader in Wakefield.

Mr Rodgers qualified in 2000 and has worked in the legal sector since qualifying.

Ms Vance has worked at Chadwick Lawrence since 2002 specialising solely in medical negligence cases on behalf of claimants.

Ms Simpson was a registered nurse and midwife for 15 years before leaving the NHS. She completed a Bachelor of Law  degree in 2000 and qualified as a solicitor in 2004. Ms Simpson joined Chadwick Lawrence in 2007 and specialises solely in medical negligence.

The firm’s managing partner, Jeremy Garside, said: “These promotions are in recognition of the commitment which each individual has shown to the company and in turn, the company’s dedication to each of them.

“It is a positive step forwards in each person’s career and adds another level of senior employees to the Chadwick Lawrence team.”
