Just Car Clinic confirms AIM move

JUST Car Clinics is to leave the stock market after the move was backed by shareholders.
The company has argued it cannot justify the costs of an AIM listing which is serving “little purpose” and said the disadavantages were “out of proportion to the size of the group”.
The Goole-based firm runs a series of car repair centres that together carry out around 50,000 repairs to cars involved in collisions every year.
In September, it revealed a fall in underlying pre-tax profits from £608,000 to £195,000 while revenue fell from £25.25m to £21.5m
Trading on AIM in the companies shares will end on November 7.
