Joe Manby goes nuclear

JOE Manby, the exhibition and conference firm, has been appointed to handle event services for the largest conference in the international nuclear industry’s calendar.

As well as the European Nuclear Conference, Harrogate-based Joe Manby has also been appointed to look after nuclear fuel exhibition TopFuel 2012.

Both events are being staged at different venues in Manchester later this year by the European Nuclear Society (ENS).

The European Nuclear Conference is the European forum to discuss nuclear technology issues, opportunities and challenges.

TopFuel 2012, organised by ENS, the American Nuclear Society and the Atomic Energy Society of Japan, will gather leading specialists from around the world to discuss the challenges facing the developers and manufacturers of new high-performance nuclear fuels designed to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.

Joe Manby will supply shell scheme and electrical services, furniture hire and poster display panels to both events.

Joe Manby is the largest independent family business in the events business and was established by Joe Manby in 1974. 

The company offers a range of event services to all major venues in the UK has an annual portfolio of 80 events in more than 25 venues across the UK and employs 40 full-time staff. Its annual turnover is £3.5m.
