Final call for Yorkshire Business Masters entries
ENTREPRENEURS and businesses have until the end of today to enter TheBusinessDesk.com’s Yorkshire Business Masters awards.

Competition is fierce in the Yorkshire Newcomer and Yorkshire Innovator categories and strong also for the Yorkshire Exporter awards.
In addition there are three more awards: Yorkshire Ambassador – an honour for outstanding leadership – Yorkshire Pride, an award recognising acheievement in the community or for charity by an organisation or individual, and Yorkshire Grit, which recognises organisations that have overcome adversity.
The entries will be assessed by a panel of judges of senior business people from across the region, who will then shortlist three contenders per category.
TheBusinessDesk.com will then invite you, our readers, to vote too, before the winners are announced at a prestigious lunch event at Aspire in Leeds on June 21.
The Business Masters awards are being run in association with Jaguar across TheBusinessDesk.com’s heartlands of Yorkshire, the North West and West Midlands.

The judges will consider entries in six categories:
Yorkshire Newcomer sponsored by The P&A Group – Best new business initiative in the region
Yorkshire Pride sponsored by Hendersons Insurance Brokers – Most meaningful philanthropic initiative by a business, organisation or leader
Yorkshire Innovator sponsored by Walker Morris – Most creative or original business thinking
Yorkshire Ambassador sponsored by Deloitte – Greatest contribution to business in the Yorkshire
Yorkshire Exporter – Recognising overseas trade success
Yorkshire Grit – Overcoming adversity and making a real difference
