LAW firm Walker Morris has acted for London-based brokers Westhouse Securities and Cenkos Securities in a £2.56m share placing.
The funds were raised for Software Radio Technology via the issue of 9.5m new ordinary shares at a price of 27p per share.
Richard Naish, corporate partner at Walker Morris, led the team with assistance from Gabrielle Berks.

RESOURCE Management International (RMI), the Leeds-based international recruiter, has opened an office in Boston, Massachusetts.
The company specialises in IT, sales and marketing and international recruitment. Its Leeds office employs 25 people.
Nick Phipps, RMI’s managing director, said: “We’re already doing a lot of work in the States. We felt that the American jobs market is showing definite signs of recovery and this was the perfect time to establish a physical presence there.”
Recruitment consultant Matthew Wilkinson will be moving to Boston to work in RMI’s Boston office.

A BOOK that celebrates the work of Leeds’ civic architect, John Thorp, is to be officially launched.
Titled ‘From the Tile to the City’, the book is a journey through civic architecture and design in the West Yorkshire city, and illustrates Mr Thorp’s 40 year participation in the transformation of the Leeds skyline.
The book, commissioned by the Marjorie and Arnold Ziff Charitable Foundation, goes on sale on Tuesday and is available from the Leeds Art Gallery and Leeds City Museum shops priced at £20.
The launch will take place at the Civic Hall in Leeds City Centre on Monday.
All proceeds from its sale will go to The Lord Mayor’s Charity Appeal, which is supporting Voluntary Action Leeds.
