Rural Solutions makes South East move
PLANNING and development specialist Rural Solutions has opened a new office in Hertfordshire.
The Skipton-based company has invested in the new base in Weston after securing work on a series of planning projects in the South East in the last two yeas.
Managing Director William Fry said: “It is an exciting time for Rural Solutions. Expanding into the South East made sense at a time of challenge facing so many within the rural sector.
“The recent changes in planning have created new opportunities for sensitive and sustainable development. Rural Solutions are in an excellent position to be able to work with people to release rural development potential.”
One of the office’s first projects is the transformation of disused farm buildings into a luxury wedding venue in Suffolk on behalf of The Granary Estates.
Rural Solutions director of planning Duncan Hartley said: “Our planning work in the South East merits a staffed office and with additional projects starting, we are confident that our investment in a Hertfordshire office is well founded.
“We are really looking forward to developing more business links within the South East of the country, there are a wealth of potential developments which would benefit from Rural Solutions’ input and with the right planning advice and expertise, we can assist clients from concept to completion.”
