Profits up at Sky High

SKY High, the data collection business, believes it can grow further after seeing half-year profits almost double.
The Tadcaster-based company saw profit before tax for the six months to September 30 hit £289,000 compared to £153,000 over the same period last year.
Sky High said although performance was strong across the group, the UK was its best performing region.
Group revenue rose by 60% to £4.79m. There was also improvement in the UK market for traffic data collection services, with UK traffic revenue for the company up by 119% to £3.6m.
However, traffic revenues in Australia were down by 20% to £889,000 but the arm remains profitable.
Chairman Richard Jackson said: “The directors are confident that the stronger market conditions will continue at least to the end of this financial year.”
