J Pullans & Sons moves for industrial portfolio

CBRE Global Investors has sold seven freehold industrial units known as the Sail Portfolio for £7.45m.
Property consultancy Allsop acted for CBRE Global Investors on the deal, which has seen the portfolio acquired by J Pullans & Sons, a family-run Yorkshire-based property investment business.
The portfolio comprises a total of 193,220 sq ft in locations including Sittingbourne, Leeds, Castle Donnington, Hungerford, Ashton, Midsomer Norton and Hungerford.
The estate produces income of around £1m a year from tenants including Dovetail services, Delta Impact, Agility Logistics, Chase Elastomer, Andrew Page, Fulmar Colour Company and Yate Disposals.
Scott Tyler, partner for Allsop, said: “The Sail portfolio is a significant transaction for the national market and industrial sector. There was strong interest from UK private investors with cash, predominately from a number of private family trusts who have been waiting for good secondary opportunities outside of London.”
