Appointments: Clarion; The Bayford Foundation; iLove

THE specialist commercial team at law firm Clarion is growing with the addition of Linzi Sutton as associate.

Ms Sutton completed a two year training contract with Eversheds in September 2012 before becoming an associate in its commercial team.

She specialises in commercial law including general commercial contracts and IT.

In her new role with Leeds-based Clarion, Ms Sutton will be providing advice to business clients in relation to commercial contracts and commercial law in general.

“Working with a wide range of clients from smaller businesses to listed companies, we have found that our commercial offering has been in demand particularly from firms which have outgrown their current legal provider and need specific technical advice in this specialist area,” said Matthew Hattersley, partner and head of Clarion’s commercial team. “As a result, the team at Clarion is continuing to grow and Linzi is a welcome addition.”
