New name joins finance and accounting market

BUSINESS advisory firm Mackenzie Spencer has launched a new subsidiary – Grey and Green.

Mackenzie Spencer is owned and managed by Chris Sellars and Mark Stanley.

Following the acquisition of Liquid Consultants in March this year, the rebrand to Grey and Green and a move to new premises, the Sheffield-based business has put plans in place to expand.

Grey and Green director, Mark Stanley, said: “We are very excited about the rebranding and re-launch of the business and believe we have a proposition that meets the needs of the SME market.”

Grey and Green offers core accounting services and candid business management advice, working closely with business owners and management teams.

Director Chris Sellars said: “We feel our focus on advice alongside excellent financial management is key to supporting business owners in what are still difficult trading conditions.

“We have a particular focus on growth businesses – of which there are an increasing number. Understanding the longer-term objectives ensures we focus on creating the foundations for success.”

Grey and Green has a team of five.
