Ambitious Azzure IT rolls out expansion plans

BUSINESS IT provider Azzure is taking on staff after moving to a new office development as part of its ambitious growth plans for the coming year.
The company has seen rapid expansion since its launch in 2010.
Having doubled its staff levels last year and increased turnover fourfold in the same period, Azzure IT has moved to a new building in Sheffield Business Park with the backing of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) with funding of £229,000 on a building purchase of £500,000.
The company is on target for a £1.2m turnover.
“We have experienced unprecedented growth over the last year,” said Craig Such, Azzure IT’s managing director.
“We’ve continued to acquire a lot of new customers over the last few months and we’re preparing for our next phase of growth – taking on the extra resource ahead of expected demand.”
Nearly half of Azzure’s brand new 4,000 square foot office building has been funded by RBS as part of the Funding for Lending Scheme (FLS), a Government initiative designed to boost lending to the UK economy.
Mr Such added: “Our growth ambitions over the next year are to double turnover again and continue adding new customers – plus, we will be working with Microsoft on some very exciting and unique initiatives whilst continuing to add good quality staff to the team.”
