Wilkinson Woodward acquires Bearders Solicitors

YORKSHIRE law firm Wilkinson Woodward has acquired Bearders Solicitors.

The move, which is part of Wilkinson Woodward’s continuing plans to expand in Calderdale, Halifax, will take the number of staff employed by the growing legal practice from 75 to 86.

Wilkinson Woodward has offices in Halifax and Huddersfield and Bearders Solicitors currently operates from offices in Halifax and Brighouse.

Staff based at Bearder’s current premises in Halifax will move to Wilkinson Woodward’s offices in the town later this month, while staff at the Brighouse office will continue to operate from their premises in King Street under the name of Wilkinson Woodward Bearders.
