Henderson targets growth following office investment

HENDERSON Insurance Brokers has invested in a new centre of operations in Leeds, bringing together experts from across West Yorkshire and where it expects to deliver insurance premiums in excess of £100m.
On the basis of recent growth trends, Henderson said it expects revenues from its West Yorkshire operation to reach £100m by 2016, while the group as a whole expects to break the £200m revenue barrier by the same year.
Paul Judge has been appointed managing director of the operation based at Trueman House, Capitol Park.
He said: “Henderson Leeds has invested in a centre of operations which brings together all of our professionals in the area under one roof. This is an exciting time for the business as we seek to draw on our growing expertise to maximise our key strategic strengths.”
Mr Judge’s management team in Leeds will be made up of Nigel Harrison – director, Leeds corporate, Greg Markham – director, Leeds commercial , Phil Davies – director, SME, schemes and personal Lines, Neil Beck – development director, Mark Hunter – broking director, and Rhydian Thomas – risk director.

The Leeds office is also the centre of Henderson Claims, led by group claims director Peter Wilkinson.
