iWorx sold to DS.Emotion

CREATIVE agency DS.Emotion has bought Manchester’s iWorx public relations business.

Owned by Victoria Russell, IWorx specialised in property, representing the likes of developer Property Alliance Group and commercial agent Knight Frank. Russell has decided to stay with the business as a director to help spearhead its move into the Manchester market.

Leeds-based DS.Emotion is also active in the sector, working with developers such as Grainger and Genr8. This year it was involved with marketing Land Securities’ one million sq ft Trinity Leeds shopping centre.

The business, which already has an office in London, has taken space at Chancery Place. It is led by directors Angus Armitage and Matthew Button.

Mr Button said: “We are delighted with the response the early announcement has generated from the property sector in Manchester with a number of new regional accounts starting with the opening of the office.”
