Pullman secures new North Yorkshire home

PULLMAN Fleet Services has secured new premises at By-Pass Park Estate in Sherburn in Elmet.

Last week, Pullman, a subsidiary of commercial vehicle maintenance and fleet management company Wincanton Logistics, announced it has scooped a contract with Asda to look after around half of its growing home shopping fleet of 1,800 vehicles.

By-Pass Park Estate is owned and managed by G W Sissons & Son and is one of the largest single owned industrial estates in North Yorkshire, comprising circa 75,000 sq ft of industrial and warehouse accommodation on a site of approximately 16 acres.

Pullman has taken on 8,342 sq ft on a five-year lease.

Paul Mack, head of the Yorkshire industrial and logistics team at DTZ, which is the letting agent on the estate, said: “By-Pass Park Estate provides a unique business environment offering modern industrial/warehouse accommodation on an actively managed and fully secured industrial estate. We are just about to re-launch a new marketing campaign for the estate and are delighted to attract such an established and high profile tenant so early on in the process.”
