Client wins help agency report strong growth

BUSINESS development agency, Blueberry Marketing Solutions, has experienced a 28% year-on-year growth thanks to some major client wins.

The Leeds-based firm, which employs 21 members of staff, made a profit of £119,000 on sales of £576,000 in the year to January, following nine years of almost year-on-year consecutive growth, and plans to further increase revenues by 12% at the end of this financial year.

The company provides a range of marketing and business development services for a mix of private and public sector clients. Leeds College of Building and Epiphany are some of the Leeds-based clients it has delivered business development projects for in the last 12 months.

Director, Faresh Maisuria, set up Blueberry in 2005. He said: “I’m extremely proud of Blueberry’s business success and fully expect us to reach our ambitious target of another 12% revenue increase by January 2015.

“Our growth strategy focusses on our expertise across a range of industries; ensuring growth will be sustainable long-term and not vulnerable to external market changes. Consequently no one client accounts for more than 12% of our revenue, and our top ten customers account for less than 50% of total income.

“We’re always looking to develop the talent of the future to ensure we continue to innovate. As a result our entire management team all started working here as graduates, and we work with local universities to provide employment opportunities to graduates.”
