Local Care Force breaks £10m sales barrier

RECRUITMENT agency Local Care Force has smashed through the £10m turnover barrier to coincide with its 10th anniversay.

The agency, which specialises in providing nursing, social care and homecare personel, has offices in Leeds and Sheffield and plans to open a third in Manchester before the end of the year.

It has achieved year-on-year growth since its inception in 2004.

Director of Local Care Force Leanne Silverwood said; “Reaching a decade in business is a real milestone for us. “We have grown organically and are incredibly proud to have achieved so much. I’m now excited about what the next 10 years will bring.

“The business plans to celebrate in style by throwing a party in Leeds at the iconic Corn Exchange later this month for its 1,000 plus staff to thank them for their hard work.

“Our business is about the people who work for us, we appreciate the work they deliver day in and day out and wanted to celebrate in style with every one of them, we’ve definitely earned it.”

Local Care Force is the preferred supplier of many large private, public and charitable organisations, providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions as a direct care provider.

This includes fully trained and specialist nursing staff to home carers.
The team offer and provide 24 hour care including palliative for those at the end of their lives.
