Blokhaus letting marks Leeds’ largest out of town office deal for 2014
PROPERTY firm Rushbond has completed what is believed to be Leeds’ largest out of town office deal of 2014 after letting a newly refurbished, 24,000 sq ft building near Horsforth to digital marketing agency Search Laboratory.
Blokhaus is a landmark building located in a key commercial area on the Leeds outer Ring Road at West Park.
The building’s unique layout offers a large 12,000 sq ft, contemporary open plan office space on the ground floor with a further four floors of flexible space above.
Property agents JLL and Carter Towler marketed the building on behalf of Rushbond.
Search Laboratory was established in Leeds in 2005 and has quickly grown into one of the UK’s leading digital marketing agency specialising in pay-per-click, search engine optimisation, conversion optimisation and website analytics.
The company works with more than 250 clients across 18 countries and currently employs a 180 strong team at offices in Shadwell, Chapel Allerton, London and New York. The company will merge both its Leeds offices into Blokhaus over the coming weeks.
