Former PwC partner joins Cosalt board

FORMER PwC partner Ken Murray has joined the board of offshore safety firm Cosalt as a non-executive director.

Mr Murrary was partner in charge at PwC in Aberdeen where his clients included many multinational oil and gas operators and support companies that operate from the city.

He was also on the supervisory board of PwC UK and is a non-executive director of a number of other private companies.

Cosalt chief executive Mark Lejman said: “We are very pleased to welcome Ken to the board with his strong financial background and many years of experience operating in the Aberdeen oil and gas market.

“This appointment bolsters and strengthens our commitment to developing this sector of our operations.”

Cosalt recently reported a fall in revenues but expressed confidence that growing activity levels in the North Sea would lead to increase demand for its services in 2011.
