Bridgewater Place junction reopened
THE Bridgewater Place junction in Leeds is now open again to traffic and pedestrians after its closure due to high winds was lifted.
It is still closed to high-sided vehicles and Leeds City Council said it will continue to monitor changing wind conditions throughout the day in case the closures need to be reinstated.
