Former Balfour Beatty boss joins Keepmoat

KEEPMOAT, the Yorkshire-based social housing developer, has appointed former Balfour Beatty managing director Mark Cutler to join its regeneration division.

Mr Cutler will join as managing director of the division.

The Doncaster-headquartered firm has also appointed James Thomson, currently the company’s chief financial officer, as deputy chief executive officer.

In September, Keepmoat was acquired by private equity firms Sun Capital and former Pizza Express owner TDR Capital for around £400m.

The company’s areas of expertise include new build homes, community regeneration, responsive maintenance, retirement solutions and sustainability. It has 22 regional offices and employs more than 3,000 staff.
